When is a paid systeme.io plan worth it?

The four plans at a glance

systeme.io's pricing page lists four plans, "based primarily on contact limits":

• Free: 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 course.
• Startup ($17 a month): 5,000 contacts, 10 sales funnels, 5 courses.
• Webinar ($47 a month): 10,000 contacts, 50 sales funnels, 20 courses, plus evergreen webinars.
• Unlimited ($97 a month): unlimited contacts, funnels, courses and automation rules.

All plans include unlimited email sends, unlimited sub-accounts and 0% transaction fees. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free, according to the pricing page.

Signs it's time to upgrade

• Your list is close to 2,000 contacts. systeme.io's own advice: "2,000 to 5,000 contacts: Startup at $17/month."
• You need more than one email campaign or automation rule, the free plan's tightest limits.
• You want to sell more than one course or run more than three funnels.
• You want automated webinars, which start on the Webinar plan.

Upgrading and cancelling

systeme.io says you can upgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you keep your current plan until your next billing date, then your account reverts to the free plan, so your account carries on rather than disappearing.

Free migration on bigger plans

If you are moving an existing business from another platform, systeme.io offers a free done-for-you migration with the Unlimited monthly plan or any annual plan. It says its team moves funnels, pages, email lists and sequences, courses and customer records for you.
